NOTICE OF A HEARING ON PROPOSED RATES AND CHARGES FOR ETNA GREEN WATER UTILITY Property owners, rate payers and other interested parties in or served or to be served by the Water Utility of the Town of Etna Green are hereby notified that Ordinance No. 2013-11 establishing rates and charges for services to be rendered by the waterworks was introduced at a meeting of the Town Council held on November 12, 2013. At a meeting of the Town Council to be held at 7:00 PM on December 10, 2013, in the Etna Green Town Hall, 132 West Broadway Street, Etna Green, Indiana, there will be a public hearing on the matter of the rates and charges and consideration of adoption of said Ordinance No. 2013-11, which provides in part as follows: Section I.
