NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR VACATION OF PUBLIC WAY
IN THE TOWN OF ETNA GREEN, INDIANA
To: Residents of Etna Green, Kosciusko County, Indiana
You are hereby notified that on the 11th day of June, 2019 at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall, 106 South Walnut, Etna Green, Indiana, the Town Council of Etna Green, Indiana will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Thomas Scott Trowbridge for vacation of a public way, being public ways in the Original Plat of the town of Etna Green and described as follows, to wit:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 6 in the Original Plat of the Town of Etna Green, thence west to the southeast corner of Lot 3 in said addition, thence north along the east line of lot 3 to the northeast corner of lot 3, thence east to the northwest corner of lot 2; thence south to the southeast corner of lot 2 and the place of beginning.
