ETNA GREEN – Warsaw police Wednesday received a tip of an Etna Green man purchasing meth making-products at various Warsaw stores. According to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, Drug Task Force officers from Warsaw Police Department and KCSD located Joshua Stacy, 28, Etna Green, at his residence. Officers located an active methamphetamine lab outside a shed on the property along with chemicals, precursors and finished methamphetamine product. Stacy was charged with dealing, delivering, manufacturing methamphetamine, a Class B felony; and with possession of chemical reagents or precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, a Class D felony. He was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail with no bond. Stacy may face additional drug charges. The clandestine lab team cleaned up the scene. Warsaw police were assisted by Indiana State Police, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, Winona Lake Police Department and the Kosciusko County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.
