ETNA GREEN – A caucus will be Dec. 15 at the Etna Green town office to fill the remainder of the unexpired term of Jim Robbins, who submitted his resignation. Declaration of candidacy forms are available at the Kosciusko County clerk’s office, 121 N. Lake St., Warsaw and the Etna Green clerk-treasurer’s office, 132 W. Broadway St., Etna Green.
