Tom Tearney, trust officer at 1st Source Bank, along with Doug Hanes, 1st Source Bank Warsaw city president, presented a $5,000 grant from the Esther Pfleiderer Charitable Trust to Tammy Smith of Big Brothers Big Sisters of North East Indiana.
