ROCHESTER – Esther E. “Billie” Swihart, 95, of Rochester, died at 9:43 p.m. Thursday, April 25, 2019, at her home.
She was born Oct. 21, 1923, in Carthage, to Lonzo and Jessie Hart McCorkle. She was married to George D. Swihart in Rochester on Sept. 17, 1979. He survives.
She was a member of LeRoy Shelton American Legion Post 36 Women's Auxiliary.
A celebration of her life will be at noon Wednesday, with calling two hours prior, in Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St., Rochester.
Interment will be in the Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
