NORTH MANCHESTER – Esther
Carpenter, 91, Warsaw, died at 2:04 a.m.
Saturday, July 6, 2019, at home.
She was born Feb. 15, 1928, in
Salamanca, N.Y., to Lemuel E. and Sylvia
Nurss Oakes. On May 22, 1946, she married
Clifford Carpenter, who preceded
her in death on Nov. 15, 2015.
Graveside service is 10 a.m. today,
Monday, July 8, at Oaklawn Cemetery,
North Manchester, with Pastor J.P.
Freeman officiating.
The family has entrusted McKee Mortuary, North
Manchester, with final arrangements.
