Officers with the Indiana State Police Eradication Team and the Kosciusko County Special Operations Team confiscated about 12 mature marijuana plants Thursday from a location on the north side of Hoffman Lake. The plants, ranging from 4 to 7 feet in height, were almost ready for harvest. Although the plants are not a major crop for the area, police believe the eradication of them will put a dent in somebody's marijuana supply. Anyone with information on cultivated marijuana should contact the ISP Bremen Post at 269-4747 or the sheriff's department at 267-5667.The state police also have a marijuana tip line at 800-873-1694.
