You are hereby notified that on the 29th day of May, 2018 at 9:15 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 3 floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by Randolph L. Plew, and Richard Douglas Presser for vacation of an unnamed public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast comer of Lot 1, Block D, in Epworth Forest; thence southeast on and along the east property line of Lot 1, Block D to the southeast comer of said Lot; thence continuing along an extension of said east property line southeast to the water's edge of Webster Lake; thence east along the water's edge of Webster Lake to an extension of the west property line of Lot 30, Block D, to the water's edge of Webster Lake; thence north west along said extension to the southwest comer of Lot 30, Block D; thence northwest on and along the west line of Lot 30, Block D, to the northwest comer of Lot 30, Block D; thence west to the place of beginning.
