NOTICE OF BID REQUEST STATE OF INDIANA ss: COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO Notice is hereby given that the Enforcement Authority for the County of Kosciusko will from this date accept bids for the demolition and removal of the unsafe building located at 2215 East 800 South, Claypool, Indiana 46510, including pumping and filling of any septic tank and/or drywell and grading and seeding, but excluding removal of concrete slab foundations. Work is to begin within four (4) weeks of bid acceptance and must be completed within ten (10) days of initiation. Sealed bids will be received by the Enforcement Authority, at 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580 until 1:30 PM prevailing local time on the 23rd day of June, 2016. All bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Kosciusko County Courthouse at 100 West Center Street, Indiana 46580, on the 23rd day of June, 2016, at 1:30 PM, in the Old Courtroom located on the Second Floor. Bids shall be clearly marked “Sealed Bid/2215 East Demolition”, and mailed or hand-delivered to the Enforcement Authority, at 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. The successful bidder must be a contractor with all necessary licensing and legal qualifications. The right is hereby reserved to reject any and all bids, to delete any portion thereof, or waive informalities in the bidding process.
