I wish Warsaw would sometimes think outside the box. Why doesn’t the city of Warsaw just buy the Economy Inn through eminent domain for the homeless?
There are so many buildings in downtown Warsaw that are empty, namely Marsh Super Market and the old Owen’s building. Many storefronts are covered with newspapers. Unlike most towns like Goshen, Warsaw no longer has any shopping downtown like shoe stores or hardware stores any more.
As a senior citizen, I dread going to Walmart or Aldi. I just hate traffic, if I didn’t get pet food or food for myself, I would stay home.
