Emma Catherine Martin, 6, of Leesburg, died at 9:20 p.m. June 19, 2009, in St. Vincents Hospital, Indianapolis.
She was born Oct. 6, 2002, in Greenfield, to Gregory and Jennifer Jorczak Martin, who survive.
A kindergarten student at Leesburg Elementary School, she was a member of Warsaw Community Church, attended ballet classes at Deb Collier School of Dance and was affiliated with Awana at Calvary Baptist Church, Oswego.
Also surviving are a sister, Grace Martin, Leesburg; maternal grandparents, Jim and Judy Jorczak, Leesburg; paternal grandparents, Tom and Debbie Martin, Greenfield; maternal great-grandparents, Alice Gotschall, Marion, and Ed and Marie Jorczak, West Palm Beach, Fla.; and paternal great-grandparents, John and Mildred Stillwell, New Castle.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Warsaw Community Church with Pastor Abe Hepler officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
