Elva Louise Nolt, 91, North Manchester, died at 11 a.m. Feb. 18, 2014, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne. She was born July 9, 1922, in New Philadephia, Ohio, to Enos Dale and Edna Lucille Thompson Nolt. No services or calling are planned. Burial will be at a later date at Black River Church of the Brethren, Spencer, Ohio.
