Elmer Rapp, 91, Milford, died Sept. 27, 2013, in I.U. Goshen Hospital. He was born April 1, 1922, to Andrew and Louise Stieglitz Rapp. On Feb. 24, 1951, in Milford, he married Norma Mason, who survives. Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mishler Funeral Home, Milford, with Pastor Dean Kagarise officiating. Burial will be in Milford Cemetery.
