NORTH MANCHESTER – Elmer E. Vehnekamp, 72, North Manchester, died at 6:20 p.m. Nov. 23, 2013, in Wabash County Hospital. He was born June 4, 1941, in Sheridan, Wyo., to William and Raetta Anderson Vehnekamp. On Feb. 14, 1985, he married Phyllis J. “Pete” Day, who survives. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester, with Pastor Ed French officiating.
