Elizabeth Ann Nicholson, 72, Warsaw, passed away at 12:42 p.m. Aug. 31, 2016, in her residence. She was born Sept. 15, 1943, in Philadelphia, Pa., to George W. and Alice Marie Concillio Gross. On June 8, 1963, in New Jersey, she was united in marriage to Lenord E. Nicholson Sr., who survives. They were married 53 years. She moved to Warsaw from New Jersey in 1994. She was a homemaker, who loved the Lord and her family. She was a member of Touch of Life Church, Warsaw, where she was a prayer leader. She believed in the Holy Bible and would do anything for anybody. She was loved by all. She loved cooking, knitting and crocheting. She was a loving wife, an awesome mom and a loving grandmother. Also surviving are three children: Barb (and spouse Andy) McCreery Sr., Lenny (and spouse Wendy) Nicholson Jr. and Michael “Mikey” (and spouse Annette) Nicholson, all of Warsaw; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; three brothers; a sister; and numerous extended family members and church family members. She was preceded in death by her parents. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Touch of Life Church, Warsaw, with Pastor Rick Cooper officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw. Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the church.
