Editor, Times-Union: Isaiah 42:18 – "Hear ye deaf, and look ye blind, that ye may see" I watch our presidential election unfold and sadly shake my head. What have we become that we have finally reached the point that we care more for the political parties than we do the very nation we live in? We limped through almost eight years of Obama and that's not over yet, and now we are reduced to the two that we have running for his spot. If anyone would take time and look around, this country is falling down, we can not have even four more years of what Obama started. The economy will not sustain itself if changes are not made. If Clinton is elected, she will stay the status quo that Obama has begun. They know if the people are kept down absolute power is within their reach. Guns and the right to own them will go right out the window. The discord and riots in the cities will continue. Am I saying Trump is the answer? Only time will tell, but one thing I feel for sure, Clinton is not. This nation needs our prayers now. America has to awake. Jesus is the only true answer we have.
