Kosciusko County Election Board will meet Thursday at 9:30 a.m. to adopt a resolution approving ballot language for a proposed referendum to be placed on the May 5 election ballot. The referendum relates to the Warsaw Community Schools building project. Thursday’s meeting will take place in the office of the Clerk of Circuit and Superior Courts, 121 N. Lake St., Room D162, Warsaw.
