Elected Officials Swearing-In CeremonyCounty officials elected in the Nov. 3 general election were sworn in Tuesday morning by Kosciusko Circuit Court Judge Michael W. Reed. The ceremony started with a welcome by County Commissioner Robert Conley, who asked for a moment of silence for Kosciusko Superior Court I Judge David Cates, who died Dec. 9. Veterans Affairs Officer Richard Maron gave the invocation and benediction, and Emergency Management Director Edward Rock led with the pledge of allegiance. Ann Torpy, clerk of the Superior and Circuit Courts, certified the election results. Sworn in Tuesday were (L to R), front row: Kathleen D. Groninger, county council at-large; Rhonda J.
