Editor, Times-Union: This letter is an endorsement for Torrey Bauer, a candidate currently seeking the position of judge in Superior Court II in Kosciusko County. After carefully looking at the candidates’ records, I will be placing my vote for Torrey Bauer for Judge in Superior Court II. When all is said and done, experience or lack of experience should be a huge factor when deciding who will be our elected officials. Having 22 years working directly with the court system in Kosciusko Court I know Torrey Bauer as a decent, fair man who has a genuine interest in our community. The good of the community is extremely important to Torrey and his wife as this is where they are raising their family and have made their home. Torrey is a dedicated attorney with 23 years of experience in handling civil and criminal cases. During his time as an attorney, he has sat on the bench many times judging cases in Superior Court II. I know he will be fair and show respect to the person being judged by him. Therefore his experience as an attorney and protem judge will be the reason I will cast my vote for Torrey Bauer. Myra L.
