MUNCIE - Eldona J. Beehler, 61, of Muncie, and formerly of Mentone, died at 9:59 p.m. June 9, 2007, in Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie.
She was born Dec. 12, 1945, in Elkhart, to Russell and Kahte Goldt Antonides. On Aug. 20, 1967, in Warsaw, she married Fred Beehler, who survives.
She graduated from Ball State University in 1969. After 32 years of teaching mathematics, she retired from Wes-Del Schools. She was involved with home economics and the book club.
Also surviving are her mother, Kahte Antonides, Milford; a son, Chad Beehler, Fishers; a daughter, Mrs. Terry (Steffani) Bennett, Gaston; two brothers, Edward and Randy Antonides, both of Warsaw; a sister, Mary Katherine Hanes, Warsaw; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father.
Services were Wednesday at Eden Church, Muncie, with Pastor Jim Behrandt officiating. Burial was in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Muncie.
