ROCHESTER – Edward Scott Wenrick, 78, of 420 Jefferson St., Rochester, died at 10:30 p.m. July 22, 2011, in Life Care Center, Rochester.
He was born March 10, 1933, to Laurence Scott and Elizabeth Pecsi Wenrick. He married Marcie Suddith, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Michael Edward Wenrick, Rochester; two sisters, Jean (and spouse Neil) Johnston, Rochester, and Mabel (and spouse Bill) Cave, South Bend; and a brother, Jim Wenrick, South Bend. He was preceded in death by a daughter and a brother.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. John Lutheran Church, Rochester, with the Rev. Jim Wasmuth and Chaplain Steve Fleck officiating. Burial will be in Rochester IOOF Cemetery with military rites by members of Leroy Shelton American Legion 36 and Veterans of Foreign Wars 1343.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, and one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the church.
