Edith Blessing, 92, Tega Cay, S.C., died on Sunday, July 14, 2019.
Edith was preceded in death by her husband Heinz after 68 years of marriage. She was born in northern Bavaria, Germany.
A celebration of life will be held at Ascension Lutheran Church, Charlotte, N.C., at 2 p.m. today with visitation at 1:30 p.m. and reception following.
Interment will be at Concordia Lutheran Cemetery in Fort Wayne at 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 20
