How do you combine yummy treats with learning about the geographical regions of Indiana? Just ask Michelle Ball's fourth-grade students at Pierceton Elementary. They learned the different geographical features of Indiana, then decorated cookies to show where each region is located. They used graham crackers, frosting, licorice, sprinkles and chocolate chips to make their creations. After all of their hard work and learning - they ate their projects.
