Edgewood Middle School awarded two scholarships for the 2011 graduating class. The scholarship recipients were announced as Lauryn Steffe, daughter of Kevin and Teresa Steffe, Warsaw, and Zachary Erba, son of Scott and Karen Erba, Winona Lake. The Edgewood PPE Scholarship was first awarded in 2002. This scholarship was established to honor well-rounded individuals who are outgoing, community minded and show strong leadership qualities. The Warsaw Community High School 2011 Senior Scholarship Night ceremony was held at the Performing Arts Center May 24 at 7 p.m. Edgewood Middle School Principal JoElla Smyth presented the scholarship awards.
