NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF
ECONOMIC REVITALIZATION RESOLUTION
BY KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA
 AND
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on February II, 2016, the County Council Kosciusko County, Indiana, will review the adoption of Resolution No. 16-02-____-001 ERA declaring Certain Land within Kosciusko County, Indiana, as continued Economic Revitalization Area, as the term is defined in Indiana Code Section 6-1.1-12.1-1, et seq., for the purpose of providing Abatement availability to that area.
    A description of the area affected together with a copy of the Resolution is available and can be inspected at the Kosciusko County Assessor's Office, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
    The Area affected is located at the common addresses of 596 East 200 North, Warsaw, Indiana 46582. The Area affected is more practically described as 5.59 acres bounded on the south by County Road 200 North, bounded on the east by Cessna Road just northeast of Warsaw, Indiana.
    The substance of the Resolution is to allow Tax Abatement for improvements to be made within the described Areas, with the Proposed Tax Abatement for improvement to the Areas to be for a period of up to ten years as determined on a case-by-case basis by the County Council, giving consideration to the nature and size of the improvements, the employment to be generated, the prior development of the area and any employment and employment opportunities, to the citizens of Kosciusko County, increase in the Assessed Valuation of Kosciusko County, and the attraction of other development to Kosciusko County. The specific request pending before the County Council is for ten years of Tax Abatement on improvements to real ate and upon machinery and equipment at all locations.
  You are FURTHER NOTIFIED that on February 11, 2016, at 7:00 p.m., at the Kosciusko County Courthouse, Warsaw, Indiana, the Kosciusko County Council will receive and hear all comments, remonstrances, and objections, from interested persons or from anyone else who may attend. In addition, one may, prior to the meeting, submit to the Auditor of Kosciusko County written comments, and those comments will be considered at the hearing. After hearing all evidence, the Kosciusko County Council will and shall e final action determining whether qualifications have been met, and 11 pass a Resolution confirming, modifying and confirming, or rescinding said Declaratory Resolution No. 16-02- __ -001 ERA, and thereby roving or denying Tax Abatement for the applicant in this instance, Texmo Precision Castings (US) Inc. (formerly Medcast, Inc.).
