Members of the Echoes of the Past were invited to make ice cream for POET in North Manchester. They celebrate their wonderful drivers, customers and employees each year around the Fourth of July. Ice cream was ready to go at 11 a.m. and guests could start enjoying a cup of tractor-churned vanilla ice cream. Semis were pulling in all afternoon to enjoy a meal, furnished by POET, ice cream and enter to win some great raffle prizes. Two hours later, 10 gallons of ice cream had been enjoyed by those in attendance. Some enjoyed more than one cup. If you want to enjoy your own delicious cup of tractor churned ice cream, the Echoes of the Past will be at the Kosciusko County Fair making vanilla and other flavors every day, beginning Sunday after the parade, weather permitting. If you would like to have the club make ice cream for your event, email ltractorechoes@gmail.com for more information.
