Staff Report-
Shortly after 5 this morning, Tracy Potts, 41, Clinic Court, Warsaw, was westbound on US 30 attempting to turn on to Parker Street. The westbound lights turned green but the turn arrow did not, according to Warsaw Police Public Information Officer Lt. Kip Shuter, and Potts excuted the left turn. She collided with eastbound vehicles driven by Laura Shindollar, 49, South Bend, and Laurie Shafer, 44, of CR 650N, Etna Green. Both Shindollar and her passenger, Kevin Shindollar, 54, South Bend, complained of chest pain and were transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital.
