Ice fishermen were trying their luck Thursday on Chapman Lake's Nellie Bay. They just got started and caught a bluegill right away when our photographer stopped by. No word on their overall success, however. Conservation officers are urging anyone attempting to get out on the early ice to exercise extreme caution.
