Earline G. Chapman, 76, died at 7:25 p.m. May 12, 2010, at Mason Health and Rehabilitation, Warsaw.
She was born July 17, 1933, in Howard City, Mich. to Earl and Edna Spencer Brodock. On July 2, 1988, she married Larry Chapman.
She worked at Prairie View Nursing Home, Warsaw, for many years. She was a member of New Beginnings Community, Atwood, and active in the church ministry at Mason Health and Rehabilitation.
Surviving are two sons, David Dittman Jr., Warsaw, and Steven Dittman, Nappanee; two daughters, Nita Wagner, Illinois, and Norma (and spouse Larry) Chapman, Alabama; 11 grandchildren; a stepson, Ronnie Chapman, Oxford, Ala.; and a brother, Walter Brodock, Hastings, Mich. She was preceded in death by a son, William Dittman, who died Nov. 1, 1985; a sister, Ethel Karns, who died Aug. 8, 2006; a half sister, Lillian Havens, who died Nov. 10, 2007; and a brother, Donald Brodock, who died May 27, 2002.
Services are at 10 a.m. Saturday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with Pastor Dennis Bollenbacher, Mason Health and Rehabilitation chaplain and pastor of New Beginnings Community Church, Atwood, officiating. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
