E. Arlene Ring, 94, passed away on April 6, 2018, at West Valley Helping Hands group home in Peoria, Ariz.
Arlene was born Nov. 1, 1923, in Silver Lake, to Arthur and Ruth Bain Griswold. On Oct. 10, 1941, Arlene married the love of her life, Robert E. Ring, and they remained together for 75 years.
Arlene spent most of her life raising her two children and being an executive secretary. She took great pride in working at DePuy Orthopedics in Warsaw. She loved to cook and entertain family and friends; hospitality was her greatest gift to others. She trusted Christ as her Savior at a young age and was a lovely example of a believer.
Arlene is survived by her daughter, LeEtta Bartlett, of Glendale, Ariz.; her son, Thomas Ring, and his wife Fran, and her granddaughter, Julie, all of Stephen City, Va.; a grandson, Matthew Ring, and his wife Hannah, of Tupelo, Miss., and four great-grandsons, Matthew II, Tyler, Asher James and Myles.
A memorial service will be held at Bellevue Heights Church, 9440 W Hutton Dr., Sun City, Ariz., Saturday, April 14, at 10 a.m. Arrangements were entrusted to Sunland Mortuary, www.SunlandMemorial.com.
