On Thursday, the city of Warsaw Wastewater Treatment Utility maintenance crew conducted routine dye testing near Rabb Water Systems at East Jefferson Street and Argonne Road.
Some of the green dye discharged into the north side of Winona Lake. This initially concerned some residents in the area. The green dye used is biodegradable and has no negative impact to the water quality or wildlife of Winona Lake.
