In several trips down Center Street here in Warsaw, I have come to a very dangerous conclusion. The conclusion I have come to is that this very busy city street has turned into many parking spaces in front of a doughnut store.
There were cars parked on both east and west lanes of this very busy street. I, and a school bus in front of me, had to find a very dangerous way to weave around these parked cars.
People must be awful hungry for a doughnut to put their life and mine in jeopardy just for something to eat.
Don’t the powers that make safety decisions on city streets of our city care about this problem? It has been going on since this place opened.
