PERMANENT RE-APPROVAL OF ITS VOLUNTARY GOGREEN RIDER
DUKE ENERGY INDIANA, LLC (“Duke Energy Indiana”) hereby gives notice that on April 21, 2017, a Verified Petition in Cause No. 44933 was filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for permanent re-approval of its voluntary GoGreen Rider Standard Contract Rider No. 56, with minor modifications and continued alternative regulatory plan treatment pursuant to Ind. Code § 8-1-2.5-1, et seq.
Standard Contract Rider 56 is available to all qualifying Duke Energy Indiana customers for the voluntary purchase of renewable energy credits.
