Duane Wagner, 66, Sidney, passed away at 9:41 a.m. April 14, 2014, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. He was born March 1, 1948, in Frankfort, to Roscoe and Nicy E. Young Wagner. On Sept. 18, 1981, in Warsaw, he married Naoma Hall, who survives in Sidney. He graduated from North Manchester High School, class of 1966. He served in the U.S. Army from 1968-1970. He worked for Gatke Corporation from 1971-1992, and then worked for the city of Warsaw from 1992-1995. He also worked for Whitko High School from 1995-2012. He is also survived by four children: Jeff (and spouse Cindy) Wagner, Mentone; Alan (and spouse Christel) Wagner, Plymouth; Jacki (and spouse Garry) McCleary and Andrea (and spouse Kevin) Engle, all of Warsaw; 14 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; his special pet, Peanut; one brother, Jack (and spouse Darlene) Wagner, North Manchester; and two sisters, Betty Williams, Lake Station, and Pat (and spouse Lamoine) Thomas, North Manchester. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Diane Hoover. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Glenn Hall officiating.
