Duane Lester Edmiston, 56, of 2836 Wooster Road, Warsaw, died at 3:05 a.m. Dec. 20, 2011, in Mason Health and Rehab, Warsaw.
He was born Aug. 14, 1955, in Laredo, Texas, to Sibley and Willetta Hanson Edmiston.
He was a resident of Kosciusko County for the past 38 years and was a construction worker.
Surviving are two daughters, Jonelle Silvey, Fort Wayne, and Olivia Edmiston, Warsaw; two sons, Joshua Edmiston, Columbia City, and Alex Edmiston, Warsaw; four grandchildren; his mother, Willetta Edmiston, Winona Lake; two brothers, Dick Edmiston, California, and Dan Edmiston, Missouri; and three sisters: Leandra Lawrence, California; Linda (and spouse Dick) Dilling, Warsaw; and Lorraine (and spouse Dennis) Mullikin, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother.
A committal service will be at noon Thursday at the chapel at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, officiated by Pastor John B. Lowe.
