Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called at 4:42 p.m. Sunday to the intersection of North Ind. 13 and East CR 400N in Pierceton for a two-vehicle collision.

According to the crash report, a 2011 red Chevrolet pickup truck pulling a trailer was being driven north on Ind. 13 by Roger L. Falk, 83, Hartford City.

As Falk went to make a left turn onto East CR 400N, he turned into the path of a 2019 black Chevrolet Tahoe that was being driven south on Ind. 13 by Linda A. Goshert, 55,  East Forest Glen Avenue, Leesburg.
