Warsaw Police Department officers responded to a single-vehicle collision around 11 a.m. Tuesday on Lake City Highway near the intersection with East Center Street. According to a WPD crash report, the driver of the vehicle, Hugo A. Rocha, 19, North Etna Street, Etna Green, lost control of his vehicle and left the roadway, rolling the vehicle onto its roof. Rocha was uninjured in the crash. Damages were estimated at between $2,500 and $5,000.
