The Kosciusko County Drainage Board held 2 public hearings on July 23, 2020 at 9:00 AM on the following drains to increase annual maintenance:
GAY EASTERDAY ROBINSON: The Drainage Board approved the assessment of $5.00 per acre with a $25.00 minimum and a 4 year collection balance.
WESTLAKE FETTERS: The Drainage Board approved the proposed assessment of $9.00 per acre with a $50.00 minimum and a 4 year collection balance for 5 years. After 5 years the rate per acre will be reduced to $7.00 per acre with a $50.00 minimum and a 4 year collection balance.
The findings and order of the Board are available for inspection in the office of the Kosciusko County Surveyor.
