Dr. Norman RossNORTH MANCHESTER – Dr. Norman Ross, 82, died July 5, 2022.
He was born in Kosciusko County to Lawrence and Ruby Carlin Ross.
A celebration gathering will be held for patients and friends on July 31 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Spinal Adjusting Center, Goshen.
A graveside service will be held Sept. 3 at 3 p.m. at Clemmers Fishers Ross Cemetery, Sidney.
