Hillary’s dossier is a false argument intentionally used to deceive. It’s called sophism, an early Greek philosophy. It is full of subterfuge, trickery, fallacy, outright lies and maliciousness.
Biden says that Republicans are using this tactic against Democrats, and these practices have been going on for centuries, and that Democrats are victims instead of perpetrators. He obviously knows of this practice.
