NAPPANEE - Dorothy Uline Cork, 101, formerly of Nappanee, died at 12:05 p.m. March 10, 2007, in Lakeland Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Milford, where she resided.
She was born Nov. 5, 1905, in Nappanee, to Willis A. and Mary B. Wisler Roose. On Sept. 11, 1924, she married Paul Uline, who died March 6, 1965. She married George Cork, who preceded her in death.
A lifetime area resident, she was a 1923 Nappanee High School graduate, a homemaker and an artist. She was a member of Timberland Bible Church, Thursday Club, Nappanee Women's Club, and several Bridge clubs.
Surviving are two daughters, Sally Stump and Mrs. Tom (Donna) France, both of Nappanee; five grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson. She was preceded in death by a brother and three sisters.
A graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at South Union Cemetery with the Revs. John Railton and Kevin Butcher officiating.
No calling is planned.
