NAPPANEE – Dorothy McDonald, 87, formerly of Milford, died at 7:20 a.m. Dec. 5, 2014, at Traymore Nursing Home, Dallas, Texas. She was born Feb. 19, 1927, in Whitley County, to Elmer and Ethel Stoner Roberts. She was married to Marlo McDonald, who preceded her in death. She then married Allen E. McDonald, who also preceded her in death. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee, with the Rev. Timothy Sollenberger-Morphew, pastor at Bethany Church of the Brethren, officiating. Burial is in Union Center Cemetery. Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and for one hour prior to services Wednesday at the funeral home. ***** Memorials to Alzheimer’s Association.
