NORTH MANCHESTER – Dorotha Neher Brandon Williams, 97, of North Manchester, died at 10:45 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, 2019, in Timbercrest Healthcare Center, North Manchester.
She was born Dec. 30, 1921, in Franklin Grove, Ill., to Oscar W. and Etha M. Lahman Trostle Neher.
She was married to Robert “Bob” Brandon Sr. on Sept. 14, 1942. He died March 3, 1987. She was married to H.B. “Bill” Williams on May 19, 1994. He died May 14, 2007.
She was a member of Manchester Church of the Brethren, North Manchester.
A memorial service is planned for 10:30 a.m. March 8, with calling one hour prior, at Timbercrest Chapel, 2201 East St., North Manchester.
Burial will be at 3 p.m. March 8 at North Grove Cemetery, Celina, Ohio.
