Dorotha B. Fowerbaugh Miller, 103, Warsaw, passed away at 2:39 p.m. May 7, 2014, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. She was born Oct. 12, 1910, in Huntington County, to Albert and Artesla Hyatt Fowerbaugh. On June 23, 1935, she married Donald L. Miller, who preceded her in death Nov. 30, 1996. She was a resident of Kosciusko County since 1954, where she attended Trinity United Methodist Church and worked as a part-time clerk for Readmore Book Store, Warsaw, for 30 years. She was a member of the DAR Society and a 12th-generation descendent of the pilgrims who arrived on the Mayflower. She attended International Business College, Marion, and she loved to read, braid rugs, quilt and was devoted to publishing family genealogy. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Colleen J. Sisk, Warsaw; a son, Merrill (and spouse Carole) Miller, Pleasant Plain, Ohio; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her parents; a son, Conrad L. Miller, who died in November 2007; two sisters; and one brother. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, with Pastor David Hummel officiating. Graveside services will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
