Doreen A. Rosbrugh, 83, North Webster, passed away at 7:08 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, 2017, in her residence.
She was born May 6, 1934, to Benjamin H. and Hazel Dormeir Main in Kosciusko County.
She had been a lifetime residence of Kosciusko County.
Doreen owned and operated Rosbrugh Elderly Care in Warsaw for over 40 years; she provided the best health care and cleanest facility for her patients.
She was a member of North Webster Church of the Brethren, North Webster.
On July 6, 1962, she married Wilbur Fred Rosbrugh Jr. and he preceded her in death Oct. 15, 1986.
Doreen and her companion of 30 years, Jim Close, are survived by their children: Judith Dubbs, Warsaw; Joseph (Deb) Rosbrugh, Warsaw; Sheila (Richard) Smith, Leesburg; and Wilbur “Fred” (Sherry) Rosbrugh, Columbia City; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Fred Rosbrugh; five brothers; and three sisters.
A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw, with Pastor Robert Wyman officiating.
Visitation will be Tuesday from 11 a.m. to the time of the service at 1 p.m. at the funeral chapel.
Interment will take place in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
