Donna Lee Baker, 76, Warsaw, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at 8:25 p.m. Oct. 31, 2014, at her residence. She was born March 25, 1938, in Mentone, to Fred and Anna Lavera Stockberger Horn. On March 4, 1971, she married Burton M. Baker, who died July 3, 2010. She was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County, where she was a 1956 graduate of Mentone High School and a homemaker. She will be lovingly remembered by her two daughters, Pamela (and spouse David) Girouard, Warsaw, and Darlene (and spouse Rodney) Day, North Manchester; two sons, Dan (and spouse Sonia) Shepherd and Chris Baker, all of Warsaw; 19 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three sisters: Shirley (and spouse Richard) Wine, Warsaw; Leota Hollway, Talma; and Beverly Murphy, Akron. She also was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, three sisters and one grandson, Cory Baker. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw, with Pastor Kirk Barger officiating. A graveside service will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
