SYRACUSE – Donna L. Snyder, 79, of Syracuse, died July 3, 2011, in her residence.
She was born Jan. 19, 1932, in Columbia City, to Neva E.A Rockwell. On May 6, 1950, she married Maurice R. Snyder, who died in 2002.
She was a member of American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Syracuse, and Grace Lutheran Church.
Surviving are three daughters: Lorree (and spouse Thomas) Corbat, Syracuse; Laura (and spouse Steve) Keller, Fort Wayne; and Neva (and spouse Michael) O’Connor, North Webster; three sons: David (and spouse Pauline) Snyder, LaPorte; Daniel Snyder, Indianapolis; and Paul Snyder, Portage; 15 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a foster sister, Peggy, (and spouse Clayton), Shultz, Leo; and a foster brother, Robert (and spouse Carol) Cramer, Auburn. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, James Snyder, who died in 2008.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Syracuse Cemetery with Pastors Carl Satre and Wendy Piano officiating.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Eastlund Funeral Home, 7458 E. CR 1000N, Syracuse.
