November’s First Friday theme is “Thanks for Giving,” and G & G Hauling & Excavating will have a big truck downtown from 5 to 9 p.m. to collect items for 10 local organizations.
The donation items needed include deodorant, toothpaste, dental floss, toilet tissue, shampoo, soap/body wash, cleaning supplies, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand sanitizer, diapers, baby wipes, sheets, blankets, towels, washcloths, coats, gloves, hats, scarves, canned goods, dry food, children’s books and toys, and coloring books and crayons.
By donating at least one item, a person can participate in several events at First Friday tomorrow.
