Donald R. Frush, 83, Warsaw, died at 10:50 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6, 2018, at Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw.
He was born April 21, 1935, in Warsaw, to Vivian Rulo and Roberta Evelyn Hartman Frush. On July 22, 2003, he was married to Realis Keffaber, who survives.
Donald was a 1953 graduate of Warsaw High School.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Monday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, 225 Argonne Road, Warsaw. His funeral service will follow noon.
A private graveside service will take place at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
